Add an order to the list yourself.
The plastics people can choose. Drag ⋮⋮ to set their order on the request form: the first one is picked by default.
Hidden plastics stay on old orders but can't be picked on the request page. A new plastic starts with no colours: tick it for each colour on the Colours tab.
Tick the plastics each colour comes in: people only see the colours of the plastic they pick. Tap a colour to change its shade, and drag ⋮⋮ to change the order. Type how many rolls you have of each colour in each plastic to keep track of stock. Unavailable colours go to the bottom by themselves. Stock: low is 1 roll or less, out is 0.
Add a colour
These colours are also used by the LH-Designz order site (one list, whatever the plastic): changes here are copied there within a minute. When a colour is out of stock, mark it unavailable (customers see it as not available on both sites). Only remove a colour that's gone for good: it disappears from LH-Designz too.
